We got a call from a client that was tired of getting water in their basement, every time it rained. They advised us that over the years; multiple people and companies have tried, and failed to solve the issue…. Luckily for them, Farside had their back & created a custom solution, tailored to their unique situation. They haven’t had water since!
We decided the best approach would be to excavate down to the footings, seal & waterproof the foundation, install a footing drain with an exterior sump pit & pump & and connect the downspouts directly into the drain tile….
