CURRENT & ONGOING PROJECTS
10/27/2024 Raised Paver Patio with Full Kitchen and Roof/Covering - This is probably the last outdoor job of the year…. So we’re enjoying it! This is about a 700sqft raised paver patio, with a triple pitched roof/covering (central gable roof with a sled to each side). The finished roof will be covered in black, flat pan standing seam galvalum roofing. The pavers will be Techo Blue 60. And the retaining wall block is Aspen by EP Henry. The client would like us to wrap all of the posts and exposed structural members in custom Black Walnut caps; that we are going to fabricate on site. There is also to be a custom built, complete outdoor kitchen.
We submitted the permits & plans, and had our footing holes inspected last week. At this point, we have finished the piers with 6x6 posts. And began to install the support beams / girders. We will keep the site updated, as we progress…
10/12/2024 Finished Basement - Below is a basement we are starting. Our client has a growing family, and needs more space. So they reached out and asked us to finish their basement. Nothing too crazy; just insulation, drywall, electric / lighting, a few closets & paint. Flooring is TBD, they’re either going to have us install LVP or they’re going to have carpet installed. This is a great looking and more budget friendly approach to gain more living space in your home.
